Common Questions
Everything you need to know.
How quickly can we get started?
Most families book a free consultation within 1–2 days of reaching out and can begin their assessment the same week. We do not maintain a waitlist.
Do we need a formal autism diagnosis?
For Virtual ABA Therapy covered by insurance, yes — a formal diagnosis is typically required. For our Parent Coaching Program, no diagnosis is required. You can start immediately.
Is insurance accepted?
Yes. We accept major insurance plans in Virginia including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Optima. We'll verify your coverage before your first paid session.
What does a typical week look like?
It depends on your child's individual plan. Typically 5–15 hours of virtual ABA sessions per week, plus parent coaching sessions and home practice strategies you apply daily. Your BCBA will design a schedule that works for your family.
What technology do we need?
Just a tablet, laptop, or smartphone with a stable internet connection. We'll walk you through the setup on your first call — it takes about 5 minutes.
